Doc
I was having dinner with a doctor last week. He was an aussie guy about 50 yrs old. I forgot how but we started talking about religion. He had the view that every religion had the same good natured teachings.
I set out that night to explain to him how Christianity is uniquely different. Along the way I realised that he had so many misconceptions about the Christian faith.
He knew a little about Catholics. From experience, that means that he has a lot of wrong ideas about Christianity, hehehe. (Especially people who know a little bit and then proceed to use their intelligence to make up the rest of the story)
Anyway, the night's discussions turned out to be very good. He asked a lot of questions as I explained to him the uniqueness of Christianity. I think by the end of the night, we had dispelled a lot of misunderstandings.
"Very Logical”, “Very interesting" was his response.
:)
